Serial Number for Acrobat Pro Invalid

i got new hard drive , reinstalled windows , of programs on computer. had acrobat pro x , still have product key it. downloaded acrobat pro xi , tried validate product key , said product key invalid. how can update serial number , reinstall acrobat pro?

you either have typo or downloaded wrong product.

 

your serial number must product you're trying activate.  doesn't make sense try use product key pro x on pro xi.  that's bound fail.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
