Modification date changes when merging clips

we had merge ton of clips (in timeline) manual audio sync , saw premiere pro changes modification date of original file.

this has huge consequences backup solution has re-save because thinks changed. why?

 

the same goes markers.

 

i don't want premiere pro change on original files.

i can avoid locking files. has other unwanted consequences too.

 

any advice or explenation?

i'm not writing xmp id's on imprt. that's diabled in prefs.

disable automatic backups of media , manually.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
