Adobe Elements 12...hope 13's BETTER!!!!!

i have adobe photoshop elements 12 , adobe premiere elements 12 loaded onto laptop windows 7 (64) ie10.  have adobe acrobat 9 pro on machine.  have wasted ten hours of time trying adobe photoshop elements 12 , adobe premiere elements 12 validate serial number.  far have uninstalled adobe on computer , re-installed it.  no luck.  have read through forum , don't see answer applies.  have logged onto "my adobe" , provided serial numbers under products.  please provide assistance how software validate?  frustrating!  i'm wishing product have been beta tested on install , validation process little bit more thoroughly.  poor form.

i able "chat" tech support , after 2 hours (which appreciated help), able 2 applications validate.  "hosts" file under "drivers/etc" corrupted.  information available online not enough information able correct problem.  however, vishal excellent able resolve issue.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows

hi   i have problem set of plugins developing. have 20 different plugins. after apply 10th plugin, gives following error on windows (cs6):   after effects error:creating resource file "....aex" ( 3 :: 0 )   i can have many instances of same plugin once have total of 10 different error comes up   one thing being enabled in plugin flag: pf_outflag_keep_resource_open   is culprit?   thanks in advance donj More discussions in After Effects SDK adobe
