Thread: uvcvideo module not loaded

hi,

when start lubuntu webcam not work in cheese or skype. fix problem need load uvcvideo module this:

code:

sudo modprobe uvcvideo

now works perfectly.

can add uvcvideo list of modules should load on start-up, , why not loaded automaticly? think usb device should automaticly detected. want work users.

found out driver first loaded unloaded. using samsung mini computer in signature below.
