Problems with Adobe ID/licensing the software Creative Cloud

hello,

i have problem licensing software of creative cloud. programs installed on computer , working fine. software keeps asking (around 1/2 days),

for licensing software. example: when tried open photoshop day warning sign/pop-up 'licensing product', when click pop-up finishing adobe id. after click that, goes internet --> adobe account have sign in (mail + password). , site remains loading page. once did enter adobe id, , fine, creative cloud mentioned , paid etc in account. hope u can me further, in advance! grt marcel

please try deleting these folders these locations , try launching apps. ask license software enter credentials , should fix issue.

 

windows:

delete these folders

slstore c:\programdata\adobe

slcache c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe

oobe c:\users\(your username)\appdata\local\adobe

 

mac:

delete slstore , slcache /library/application support/adobe

delete oobe ~/library/application support/adobe

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
