Render to transparent issue

hi,

 

could please advise on issue:

 

i have rendered off set of png files alpha 3ds max view creating transparent background video.  when import ae background transparent (toggle transparency grid works).  have created heat haze effect in ae file using adjustment layer , red/green particle layers (if familiar tutorial).

 

if play in ae or scrub timeslider chequered background there , heat haze there.

 

i used following settings render ae:

 

quick time video

png codec

rgb + alpha

millions of colours

straight

 

the resulting quicktime mov file has black background , shows red particles layer heat haze (behind main scene objects).

 

q.  sort of guessing haze/particle layers producing black background in final video.  there setting haze/particle layers somewhere missing?  or there reason?

 

i not particularly experienced in ae don't afraid state obvious!

well, have somehow toggled guide layer or layer visibility? layer switches can overriden render settings... best provide screenshot of timeline teh layer switches visible...

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
