Problem playing mp4 with StageVideo using Air 3.8 and 3.9

i have spent days pulling hair out trying mp4 video play on ipad or iphone using stagevideo. have tried numerous examples on web claim work , none of them work on devices. note testing air 3.9

 

this morning tried sample had kindly uploaded web had air settings set air 3.7 , wow , behold works.

 

changing version of air 3.8 or 3.9 stops working. case when testing in flash cs6 ide , on ipad.

 

so there bug in air 3.8 , 3.9 or has there been change in how stagevideo implenented?

 

if has managed play mp4 using stagevideo , air 3.8 or 3.9 please let me know , if able paste code better.

i having same issue.

do absolutely no events fired stagevideo object or netstream?

i've filed following bug report, attempt air 3.7 , see if helps.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
