Import function in Premier 6 won't work; crashes 90 percent of the program. How to fix?

i working on project in premiere pro 6. had imported 200 files , completed project. tried import file , import function not work. in addition, disabled 90 percent of program. menu selections had turned grey. closed project , program , restarted, opening smaller project. worked ok until tried import. import wouldn't work, , program disabled. not case of selecting file import. function crashes before have chance select file. on deadline, please help.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
