Why does my site automatically direct to tablet view when viewing on desktop?

hey muse community,

 

two of recent projects have exhibited behavior: when go directly main urls (freethedocumentary.com & staging server evo-lu-tion.com, respectively), browser redirects me tablet view. appears happening in chrome (despite clearing cache), not in firefox or safari. how can correct this?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
