LR5 error "cannot read" trying to import CR2 from T4i/650D

lr 5.3

raw cr2 canon t4i

 

i succesfully imported few times shortly after purchase of lr5 couple weeks ago. saw thread , tried deleting preference file--didn't change anything. stumped , terribly disappointed--this shouldn't such chore getting images imported. have ideas? or how refund , suggestions on product works?

@rambo: have exact same set up. lr 5.3 reads t4i raw files fine.

what exact text of error message? there error #? if so, did report message adobe support?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
