problem with authorizing a device

when have kobo glo attached computer shows in digital editions , indicated authorized.  when transfer library books it, show blank , device tells me not authorized?  suggestions on should do.  should deauthorize device , try again.

 

i have older kobo touch , not have problems one, books transfer on no problem

1 - try deauthorize kobo, ctrl-shift-e (cmd-shift-e on mac) ade kobo plugged in, reautrhorize

 

2 - try factory reset of kobo , reauthorize ade

 

3 - second hand ...

..

yes extremely frustrating process read library books after upgrade adobe digital editions 2.0.

eventually turned out process must have sign out of kobo device account under settings on kobo device.

what did remove library books kobo device , adobe digital edition

next sign out of kobo device kobo desktop on pc exiting adobe digital edition.

next start kobo desktop , sign in.

next connect kobo device usb port.

this resulted in kobo device being upgraded , sync'd kobo desktop. wait until sync complete

disconnect kobo device usb port

next restart adobe digital edition , using ctrl-shift-d deauthorize computer , select erase authorization.

next go adobe digital edition, , authorize computer

next reconnect kobo device usb port

next select kobo device in adobe digial edition , authorize device

next library book in adobe digital edition , add kobo device

everything seems working on.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
