I need an answer to the problem below... Not getting responses

i have setup user recieve email notifactions , not getting them. have set them reader , co-author , have gotten message sharing form. user clicks on form name , goes site. when form entered email address not getting email.
please need working!

please make sure users shared form have verified email address formscentral account. here aritcile on how set email notificaitons others: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/doc-1424. please make sure have set properly.
one other thing want check check spam folder of emails receive notifications , make sure formscentral emails not blocked.

i used article make sure steps followed. when email comes in user clicking on link , going web site. there else should done?

the faq or instructions on email notifications out of date in not include information adding user email notifications... i'll update faq soon.
make sure other users formscentral account (adobeid) "verified", if created account, or have not yet created account , have not "verified" account not recieve notifications. have user sign www.formscentral.acrobat.com and if have not been verified offer "resend" verification email, there link/url in email has clicked verify account.
the other possibility emails filtered spam filter , user can/should in spam may require contacting working.
