Printing Issues with PDF

when trying print open pdf doc, created indesigncc, box appears asking print file, , asks save saved doc. once hit save, anyway, program not respond.

 

i can print if close open doc , access when appears inside folder right clicking, unable change print settings in mode.

what program using print?

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available
