How do I add page numbers to files in Forms Central?

how add page numbers files in forms central?  add footer  "w page 1 of 3, w page 2 of 3, w page 3 of 3" file.  how add that?

formscentral doesn't provide way add page numbers.  if distributing web/html form there isn't work around either, if distributing pdf can edit pdf in adobe acrobat , add page numbers.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available
