Lost my photoshop elements 9, how can I get it back?

i had photoshop elements 9,  can't find on computer.  did new computer , may have lost  way.  how can back? 

if downloaded adobe log in adobe a/c , there should download link under 'my orders'. if not can download here - http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.h tml. follow important instructions or encounter authorisation errors or download latest version instead.

 

you still need valid serial number. if you've lost might find in adobe a/c under 'my products'. if not you'll have contact adobe directly (this user-to-user forum) , explain problem. may need provide them kind of proof of purchase helpful have hand , scanned image may ask for.
